KOODAL 2026 Registration is mandatory for all members for attending Workshop, Conference, Paper and Poster presentations and all official proceedings.

  Entry to all the halls and the trade exhibition would be bar-coded.

  Registration fees entitle participants to attend all sessions, trade exhibition, coffee breaks, daily lunch, banquet dinner and conference certificate.

  Registration fees will be based on the date of receipt of payment.

  Please provide all the necessary details as required in the form, it will be used for important conference communication purpose only.

  The Organizing Committee will not be liable for changes in date or venue due to unforeseen reasons.

  Please produce the confirmation registration number sent to you, at the registration counter.

  Registration is mandatory for accompanying person above 6 years of age. Accompanying person & children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.

  The delegate will receive an E-Certificate of participation, which will be sent to their registered email address.

  KOODAL 2026 Registration is mandatory for TNAOI Number for Member, Non Member must be registered AOI – Tamilnadu Branch.

  For Senior TNAOI members (Age Above 70) Registration is free but Mandatory

Registration Guidelines for Non-Members

  Please follow the procedure below :

  Download the membership form and register as a member, if you are not already registered.

  Once you receive your membership number, send it to our WhatsApp number 9360195034, along with the registration document as proof.

  After your TNAOI membership number is added to our Koodal 2026 Conference website, you can proceed with registration as a member.

  If there is a delay in processing your membership number, please proceed with registration as a non-member. The difference in the amount will be refunded after the conference, as per the refund procedures.

Registration Guidelines for PG

  PG Student should submit a bonafide certificate mentioning the Name of the Institute, Name of HOD, Email ID of HOD, Mobile No of HOD along with the Registration form.

  The registration is non-transferable.

  Cancelling the registration by member / non member that amount not returnable.
